Chinese Gilded
Dedicated to the Goddess of Mercy, Kun Iam Temple is larger than the largest temples in Macau. The original ancient religious shrine in the 13th century buildings current during the Ming Dynasty ended in 1627, adding a historical dimension to the important local saint. He received a statement of Marco Polo Religion in the Kun Iam Temple. It is also the venue of the signing of the first Chinese-American treaty of commerce and friendship in the July 3, 1844 indicating its importance in many aspects of Chinese life.
The temple consists of three main halls and several smaller shrines. The Hall of Sakyamuni facing the entrance stately homes golden statue of Buddha flanked by two others, and a bronze bell dating back over 300 years. The Temple of Longevity means the creation of an art created Buddha of longevity, his face serene and benign Buddha symbolizes the attempt to eradicate the suffering and pain of all beings. Attaches the greatest importance among the major shrines, the Hotel de Kun Iam statue contains a richly dressed goddess of mercy in the center of 18 statues of Buddha. Known as "The Lovers", trees symbolize marital fidelity to the Temple of Kun Iam a collection of traditional values Chinese longevity, love and Fidelity.
