It's that time again! The climate is hot and craft shows began to be planned. Ready to start looking for events?
We all know that the profitability of an exhibition of crafts can be. Outside events are perfect to spread the word about their new business contacts and decisions. What's better than hundreds of buyers running to you and say hello?
The The most difficult part of an exhibition of handicrafts is very soon the location of all tables are reserved. If you've never attended an event before, be prepared to spend several shows stuffed in the back table in the last minute. Many of us begin well, but once you enter in "lists" of the location of the table the better.
The next idea for the location of events is brand new and has given us by the close of a performance of "Art in our past. While chatting with her, she released a book and me asked if we had that. It was entitled "Iowa Calendar of Events", and was rich in events throughout the state. Granted many events vendors who do not accept (the dates of theater, car shows, etc.), but the list of programs that do not the sellers was incredible. All events are organized by date with location and contact information. Perfect!
Although this information would have been great for us to be in Iowa, you may be wondering what are the benefits for the rest of you in different states. I'll you say - This booklet is free from our website for tourist information. All we had to do is go online and request a free copy. Iowa has a very limited number of places to see, however, we have a Travel website. This tells me that other States have the same information on the Web site or local offices.
There are several ways to find if your state has information like this:
- Check Status Your website
Very often, travel information and the event will be on your government website.
- Search online
The use of terms such as "visits and" with your state to see if there is a specific website.
- The Local offices
If all else fails, contact the offices of state government to see if it offers something to print.
Even in a small state like Iowa, we were able to find a list that will keep us booked every month for the entire season crafts fair. Once you have your information, the easiest part is the contact list. Easy!
