The town of Barnstable is a town on Cape Cod in Massachusetts.It is surrounded by Cape Cod Bay in the north, Nantucket Sound, South, Sandwich and Mashpee on the west Yarmouth and East. Barnstable is approximately seventy miles southeast of Boston.
