Why the Chinese appropriated the term "Asian" for themselves?
I went to a commercial restaurant kitchen "Asian, but he was Chinese. If you are going to advertise as "Asian" and serving food throughout Asia. It appears that it's like calling a Chinese Chinaman is considered politically incorrect.
I asked a similar question, I am in the UK so when we say of Asia, often speaking of Indians, Pakistanis, Arabs, Bengholi, but Yahoo Answers, when I see Asia in general about China, if I speak Chinese say juice:) x
